The Poinciana Community Center was dedicated in October of 2015, as the main center for the community to host activities, elegant events, board and community meetings and also a beautiful place for individuals to rent to hold any kind of reception, reunion or party. In Addition it is the perfect place for large meetings of any kind.
The Poinciana Community Center is also the location of most APV Board of Directors Meetings, town hall or community meetings. Every January APV hosts a grand gala event at the community center as it is the perfect place for such an event.

The highly anticipated Poinciana Victory Pool was dedicated in October 2015 as part of the Poinciana Activity Campus.
This pool features a gradual walk in entrance with a kiddie water feature including a slide. Concession Stand open during Pool Hours featuring many food choices including our Victory Brick Oven Pizza. Pool Attendants on duty during pool hours. Lockers and restroom available. Memberships for individuals or families available for daily , weekly monthly or annually. purchase your day passes or memberships by visiting the Victory Pool in person.
The Poinciana Community Playground is conveniently located between the Administration Office and the Victory Pool. A perfect place to go either before or after the pool to let kids play and romp and race. This playground is totally gated for safety and all the playground equipment is canopied to shade them from the elements. Picnic tables and benches make it enjoyable for parents to sit and be able to watch the kids while they play.

The Anthony DePalma Event Center was Poinciana's first stand alone Community Center. Completely renovated in 2019, the event center was named after a forefather of Poinciana whose vision for Poinciana remains followed today.
In addition to the grand ballroom this center holds several smaller classrooms or meeting rooms to accommidate smaller parties or meetings. All available to rent at very reasonable fees. Call today for more information.

El gimnasio APV se renovó por completo en 2015. En 2019, se reemplazó el equipo de última generación para satisfacer una variedad de necesidades. Ya sea que simplemente desee mantenerse saludable y en forma o transformar su cuerpo en lo que siempre ha soñado, puede hacerlo en nuestro maravilloso Fitness Center.
El gimnasio también ofrece una cancha de básquetbol de tamaño completo que está disponible para alquilar por horas a un precio muy razonable.

The Community Lawn
is located behind the Poinciana Community Center and the Victory Pool. This area is an alternative for our Amphitheater at Vance Harmon. Used for smaller events. Outdoor Picnics, Under the Stars Movie Nights and Food Truck events. When you receive an email with the venue, The Poinciana Community Lawn, this is where you will enjoy the event.
